The Vision of 352walls/The Gainesville Urban Art Project is to leverage the 352 area’s creative potential and distinctiveness with more public art and design.

Going on its third year, 352walls/Gainesville Urban Art Initiative is a dynamic public art project that has completed twenty-seven spectacular murals and seven utility boxes since its inception. In 2015, 352walls received tremendous public support and astounding international coverage on social media. In 2016, 352walls partnered with the University of Florida School of the Art + Art History to offer free lectures, master classes and workshops by renowned urban artists and experts in the field. These programs continue to engage the public, educate art students, and train regional artists.

352walls offers free, guided walking tours in collaboration with Artwalk Gainesville. In the summer of 2017, the Thomas Center Galleries is looking forward to presenting an urban art exhibit in collaboration with the National Institute of Urban Art.
